Bought back for the community

The small community of Carcoar has successfully rallied to buy its Church from the Bathurst Diocese of the Anglican Church. The building will become a non-denominational community facility with uses to include community health workshops, hosting local clubs such as the gardening club, book clubs, historical society tours, Baroque music festivals, orchestra's organ concerts and opera singers.

One of the feature uses of St Paul's will be as a boutique wedding venue, as a non-denominational chapel you can have the minister or celebrant of your choice. Carcoar provides the perfect setting for a wedding party with plenty of choices for the reception from the local School of Arts hall, the showground pavilion or a marque behind the Royal Hotel.

Carcoar is one of the most unique villages in the Central Tablelands providing spectacular views for wedding photo's. Located just 40 minutes from major centres such as Orange and Bathurst to give you plentiful choices in catering and speciality winery's.
